Are there monthly fees?

No! Joining and starting a shop on Beitsy is Free. You pay a fee only when your product sells. Fees are automatically deducted from each sale. Beitsy does not charge you any fee for listing your product, or maintaining a shop because we believe in empowering you to grow and succeed.

How do I get paid?

For Cash-On-Delivery orders, payments are made by customers directly to Beitsy. We immediately process payments upon delivery, deduct our fees and send you the balance via WHISH. Please create your WHISH account, download the App and get verified.

What can I sell on Beitsy?

Beitsy provides a marketplace for crafters, artists, creators, designers, service providers, and collectors to sell their handmade creations, vintage goods, art, supplies, services and much more.

How does Beitsy protect sellers?

At Beitsy, we strive to provide an exceptional customer experience. Our goal is to bring the best quality products to all our customers. Customers who purchase from Beitsy.com, can return their products for a refund within 7 days. Product must be new, unused and in original packaging.

We inspect products before shipping and after the return.

All products are shipped with Aramex and insured against loss or damage.

How does product delivery work?

We have partnered with the leader in domestic delivery and international shipping – Aramex. Delivery fees are calculated with every product to help you determine the best pricing policy for your products. Aramex offers shipment tracking and flat-fee delivery across Lebanon.

Our goal at Beitsy is to bring products from all of Lebanon to customers living in Lebanon and Abroad, while providing an exceptional customer experience.

All shipments with Aramex include insurance.
